What counts as business process automation?

Any repeatable process that currently moves through a person only because two systems do not talk to each other.

Scheduling, invoicing, follow-ups, reporting, onboarding, data entry between systems, document handling — the work that is well understood, high volume, and low judgment. If you can describe the process, it can usually be automated end to end.

Which systems do you connect?

CRM, email, operations tooling, ERP, data warehouses, and anything with an API — plus the systems that do not have one.

  • Workflow design & orchestration — the sequence, the branches, the failure handling.
  • CRM, email & operations — the systems where the manual work usually accumulates.
  • Document & data processing — extraction, classification, routing.
  • System-to-system integrations — including the awkward pairs.

Automation that only works on the happy path creates more work than it removes. Failure handling and monitoring are part of the build, not a later phase.

How do you know it worked?

We track the hours and dollars saved, tune what is live, and expand from there.

Every automation is tied to a metric before it is built. After it ships we measure against that metric, adjust what is running, and use the result to decide what to automate next.
